Goods returned to us arriving damaged or lost will not be credited. The delivery charge on the original order is not refunded.

Goods damaged in transit to you will be replaced at no cost with free delivery. Please inform us of any breakages within 3 days of receiving the order

Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing faults, but not misuse. To maintain the condition of your jewellery, remove when showering, swimming or when undertaking domestic housework.

PLACING AN ORDER

To place an order, click on the button beside the picture of the item you require. The item will be added to the cart. When you have selected all your items, click on the "Checkout" link under "Your Cart" which will enable you to view your purchases. From here you can check and make amendments to your final order. Once you are satisfied, click on the button which will take you to Paypal.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

The postal costs are based on the weight of the products ordered and will be sent out by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Our standard delivery time is 48 to 72 hours although delivery times may be extended during busy periods.

Please note that all deliveries by Royal Mail will require a signature and therefore, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not entirely delighted with the goods you have chosen, please ensure you return them to us within 7 days. We will be happy to provide a refund or you can exchange them for alternative products. Please keep all the packaging materials and return the goods as they were sent to you.
